Pakalpojumu Noteikumi

Pakalpojumu noteikumi un atteikuma tiesības. Šie noteikumi attiecas uz visiem pakalpojumiem, kas pasūtīti vietnē larkdesign.lv.

1. Pakalpojumu sniedzējs

Interjera dizaina pakalpojumus nodrošina SIA Lark Home, PVN maksātāja Nr. LV40203709617, juridiskā adrese: Gaujas iela 47, Mārupe, LV-2167.

2. Pakalpojumu "Piegāde" un izpilde

Tā kā mēs sniedzam intelektuālus un radošus pakalpojumus, fiziska preču piegāde netiek veikta.

  • Projekta materiāli (plāni, vizualizācijas, tāmju saraksti) tiek piegādāti digitālā formātā uz klienta norādīto e-pasta adresi (PDF, JPG vai citā saskaņotā formātā).
  • Pakalpojumu izpildes termiņi tiek saskaņoti individuāli ar katru klientu pirms darba uzsākšanas un rēķina apmaksas.

3. Apmaksas kārtība

Apmaksa par pakalpojumiem tiek veikta ar pārskaitījumu uz rēķina pamata. Visi pakalpojumi ietver PVN 21%.

4. Atteikuma tiesības un naudas atgriešana (Refund Policy)

  • Saskaņā ar LR MK noteikumiem par distances līgumu, atteikuma tiesības nav izmantojamas pakalpojumiem, kas tiek izgatavoti pēc patērētāja norādījumiem vai ir nepārprotami personalizēti (interjera dizaina projekti).
  • Ja darbs pie projekta jau ir uzsākts, iemaksātā avansa summa netiek atgriezta.
  • Gadījumā, ja klients vēlas pārtraukt sadarbību pirms darba uzsākšanas, iemaksātā summa tiek atgriezta 14 dienu laikā, sazinoties ar mums rakstiski.

Terms & Conditions

Service terms and cancellation rights. These terms apply to all services ordered through the website larkdesign.lv.

1. Service provider

Interior design services are provided by SIA Lark Home, VAT No. LV40203709617, registered address: Gaujas iela 47, Mārupe, LV-2167, Latvia.

2. Service "Delivery" and fulfilment

As we provide intellectual and creative services, no physical delivery of goods takes place.

  • Project materials (plans, visualisations, specification lists) are delivered in digital format to the client's specified email address (PDF, JPG or another agreed format).
  • Service delivery timelines are agreed individually with each client prior to commencement of work and payment of the invoice.

3. Payment

Payment for services is made by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. All services include 21% VAT.

4. Cancellation rights and refund policy

  • In accordance with distance contract regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services produced according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalised (interior design projects).
  • If work on the project has already commenced, the advance payment made is non-refundable.
  • If the client wishes to cancel before work has commenced, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days upon written notification.
